In Gratitude Holiday Photos Spiritual Thoughts

This Holiday Season

Everyone is ready to celebrate the Holidays but sometimes, well most of the time they forget the importance of these special Holidays. From January to December, there are many Holidays that has many meanings that we either forgot or dont care about it as much as others. I cherish the Holidays very much. It reminds me of wonderful memories of my childhood with family and friends. For others its a paid day off. Thats a sad way of thinking if you ask me. I understand everyone has their own lives and way of living. But it really makes me feel sorry for them. Sorry because they are so caught up in work or the world that they dont relax and take a breather to see whats more important in this life, which is to be happy. To have joy in everything that you do. We may not all had wonderful or luxurious up bringing, but there are ways to have joy, to have happiness and have a good life with those who are in your lives. I'm not here to preach or condemn those that work hard or focus on their careers. I'm only saying this to share some light in this dark world. I have learned throughout my life that you can't always have your way. You can't be cruel to others. You can't dictate others lives, You can't force or make others do things they dont want.
Life is about learning, living, seeing, expressing, to love, to smile, to find what makes you happy and feel accomplished. Everyday is chance to make something better for you, your spouse, your children, your family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances or even to strangers. There are more to life than having the latest things, technology or money. The poorest of poor people are more humbled and happier than the average person. Why? Because when you dont have much, you tend to be more grateful for what you have than when you dont. Building joy in your life and the lives of others can make a difference. I've seen many wonderful things when people give more, be helpful, humbled, smile more and even bringing laughter to fill the room with real joy. That's where I find the most memorable moments in my life to have those peace, joy, happiness is through experiences with people I care about or others. I'm not saying that you have to do what I said or force yourself to make others happy. I'm saying to find within yourself, what makes you really happy? What matters most? What can you do different or better to make your life better than it was yesterday?
This Holiday season, to whom ever reads this, I hope that you will think deeply about what I have said. Think about how you've been blessed or how you blessed others or how can you bring more joy and happiness into your life more often. May we all do our best to be the best in righteousness. May we fill this world with more light, more love, more peace, more Faith in God and be more supportive for others. Have a wonderful and safe Christmas everyone. And Happy New Years too!

With lots of love,
JayLynn
